Wascar Aracena is a seasoned litigation paralegal with more than 10 years of immigration litigation experience. He has assisted in taking to trial a number of complexes, Criminal and immigration deportation cases involving drug sales, fraud and misrepresentation. While most of he’s experience has been in Immigration litigation at the federal court level, he also has substantial experience in BIA Appeals, Asylum cases, hardship waivers, and proceedings before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
